3. Intellectual property
The Strontian Ltd name, logo, and website content are the intellectual property of Strontian Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without written permission.
4. Links to third-party sites
Where we link to third-party websites (e.g., Stripe, ICO), those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Strontian Ltd is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strontian Ltd excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Part B — Engagement Terms for Services
6. Scope
These engagement terms apply to all advisory services provided by Strontian Ltd, including the Cyber Health Check, Cyber GRC, Programme Remediation, and IAM Security Architecture services. A statement of work (SOW) or service description will define the specific scope, deliverables, and price for each engagement.
7. The Cyber Health Check
The Cyber Health Check is a fixed-scope, fixed-price (from £995* GBP) service consisting of:
- A pre-call intake questionnaire.
- A 60-minute video or phone consultation.
- A written summary report with findings and prioritised recommendations, delivered within 5 business days of the call.
The Health Check is an advisory snapshot based on information you provide. It is not a penetration test, formal audit, or compliance certification. Strontian Ltd makes no warranty that the recommendations will prevent all security incidents.
8. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed before work begins. For the Cyber Health Check, payment is due before the consultation call. For larger engagements, payment terms will be specified in the SOW. All fees are in GBP (£) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of work.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling
For the Cyber Health Check:
- Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice: no charge.
- Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice: we will try to accommodate once at no charge; further rescheduling may incur a £100 admin fee.
- Cancellation before the consultation call: full refund minus a £100 admin fee.
- Cancellation after the consultation call: no refund (the advisory service has been provided).
For larger engagements, cancellation terms will be set out in the SOW.
10. Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete information in the intake questionnaire and during the consultation. Strontian Ltd relies on this information to produce accurate findings and recommendations. We are not responsible for gaps or inaccuracies in the report that result from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
11. Confidentiality
Strontian Ltd will treat all information you provide about your business, systems, and security posture as confidential. We will not disclose it to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Confidentiality survives the termination of the engagement.
12. Intellectual property in deliverables
The findings, analysis, and recommendations in our reports and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Strontian Ltd. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the deliverables to third parties without our written permission.
13. Limitation of liability — services
Strontian Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Strontian Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss (including loss of profit, business, or data). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
